Introduction
Welcome to QBC’s Digital Resource Hub! Whether you’re new to coaching, have worked with a coach before, or are exploring how coaching could support your growth, this space is designed for you.
Our digital resources offer a suite of tools to help you reflect, challenge limiting beliefs, step into your power, and build on your strengths. Developed collaboratively by QBC coaches and coachees—with research facilitated by Coco Operative CIC—these resources are here to enhance your coaching journey. Check local libraries or BorrowBox for free access.
How to Use These Resources
To maximise accessibility, we’ve grouped tools into three themes, based on the areas coachees find most valuable in coaching:
- 1. Wellbeing and Setting Boundaries around Self-care
- 2. Relationships and Navigating Difficult Conversations and Conflict
- 3. Confidence, Imposter Syndrome, and Realigning Purpose
Within each theme, resources are further categorised based on different learning styles:
- Watch and Get Inspired – Videos and TED Talks
- Listen and Learn – Podcasts and audiobooks
- Exercises and Self-Assessments – Interactive tools, worksheets, and models
Tip: If you’re unsure where to start, pick a category that matches your learning preference and explore a resource that resonates with you!
